Introduction

Our koperasi is built on transparency, accountability, and democratic participation. Every member has a voice, and every decision is made with the community in mind.

  • Management Team – Officers responsible for daily operations, finance, business growth, and administration.
  • Committees – Specialized groups (e.g., Audit, Community Development, Training) that focus on key areas.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Members – Participate, vote, and benefit from cooperative services.
  • Board of Directors – Provide oversight, ensure fairness, and uphold cooperative values.

    • Finance Officer (Abduk) – Manages budgets, savings, and loans.

Decision-Making Process

Proposals move from members to the General Assembly, where they are debated and voted on. The Board and Officers then implement decisions, guided by the principle of “one member, one vote.”
